Maintain analytical rigor, documentation discipline, and traceability between data sources, assumptions, findings, and recommendations.
Help Capstone Analytic maintain a standard of independent, objective, mission-aligned, and defensible advisory support.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, healthcare administration, data analytics, information systems, operations research, or a related field.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems, clarify objectives, gather data, document assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and produce defensible recommendations.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and synthesize competing inputs into coherent portfolio-level findings.
Ability to operate across multiple capability areas without needing to be a deep technical subject matter expert in each area.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy, traceability, and analytical rigor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage competing priorities, respond to changing client needs, and deliver high-quality work products under tight timelines.
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with federal acquisition, DoD acquisition processes, PPBE, POM, budget formulation, budget execution, investment governance, or major IT acquisition programs.
Experience supporting strategic portfolio management, capability planning, investment prioritization, product strategy, roadmap development, performance management, or executive governance.
Experience analyzing data across multiple systems or sources to identify trends, risks, gaps, dependencies, and portfolio-level insights.
